The Master quarters is a Queen size cherry wood post bed availed in Monsambo netting. The 2nd bed quarters offers double twin beds finished in rattan wood. The smaller yet simple 3 bed quarters offers a comfortable queen bed in pinewood finish with lateral and front storage drawers. A gourmet kitchen, elegant dining table and cozy living area give way to an open floor plan feeling. A DVD with a personal DVD movie library as well as wireless internet, tennis rackets, balls, a few games, putter and bicycles bring it all together. Electronic safe is provided for storing a laptop and personal items. If you require internet service we suggest to bring your wireless laptop. The weekly rental rates are inclusive with maid service twice weekly, linens, towels, pool towel, concierge services and 24/7 on-site security.
We are located in Playacar, an upscale suburban beach town of Playa del Carmen and just 40 minutes southeast of Cancun. The complex is conveniently located but a 7 minute walk to the town square of "Plaza Playacar" where the south end of central Playa del Carmen joins together 5th and 10thavenue, tour guide , island excursion peer, shops, boutiques and the famous 5th avenue pedestrian boulevard.Share the experience of the Mayan Culture, pubs, grills and restaurants of cuisines from around the world. The warm waters of the Caribbean beach face east and directly across the street from the condo. Use of the beach as VIP Paseo privileges access to the Reef Club, its beach, the facility and pool activities, games and beach and water activity. A backdrop view from the condo is the fine Playacar golf and spa club, just a few minutes walk away. GENERAL POLICY
· Check-in 3:00 PM; check-out 11:00 AM.
· Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half-a-days rate, if time and vacancy is available. If not available then luggage can be held securely by the Check-in and Reception desk.
· Requests for less then 7 nights granted only upon availability.
· No one under 21 can reserve the unit.
· NO SPRING-BREAKERS without parental supervision on vacation.
· Maximum occupancy of 6 Guests. No additional guests. No exceptions.
· Inquire about children ages and any special needs.
RESERVATION PAYMENT:
· Payment: 50% Payment due at time of booking with Security Deposit. Final due 30 days
· prior to arrival.
· $500 Refundable Security Deposit is required at time of confirmed booking.
· 3% handling fee applies to all qualified reservations.
· All payments, deposits and fees can be made through PayPal in US Dollars only.
· Payment instruction provided at time of confirmed booking.

CANCELLATION REFUNDS:
· Reservation is subject to cancellation If funds are not received according to booking schedule.
· Any serious changes made within 30 Days of arrival may be subject to the cancellation.
· There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure or emergencies of any.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
· A full Security Deposit Refund within 14 days will be returned if no damages determined.
· Your refund will be prorated and charges may be incurred for any damages. Any damages above the security deposit the guest is responsible for.
